GVE Monitor Instructions

1.    Arrive at school at least 15 minutes before Enrichment classes start.
2.    Sign-in Name and Mobile Phone # in office GVE binder.
3.    Check “Schedule” in GVE Binder for Enrichment Classes taking place on your assigned day.
4.    Check-in with Enrichment Instructors (give them your name and mobile phone #) and let them know that you are available if needed. 
5.    Ensure students get picked-up (or to Kids’ Country, etc.) safely.  Please note that the Enrichment Instructors have rosters (and there is a master roster in the GVE office binder) that indicate to whom a child is to be released, if they are allowed to walk to Kids’ Country, etc.  However, it is still important that the back and front parking lots be checked to verify no child is left at school.
